What if tracking shows my order has arrived but I have not received it?

If you aren't in possession of your order but our system indicates it has been delivered, initially check whether the mailman has left a postcard stating they were unable to deliver. If they can confirm delivery then you will need to report the loss to the company. You should also get in touch with your credit card provider to arrange a refund and if necessary refer the matter to the police. If you need further assistance please notify Customer Services.

What if I am not in when the postal service tries to drop off my package?

The courier will usually require a signature as proof of handover of your parcel. If you are not in when the drop-off is scheduled then they will usually leave a message for you to either approach them to book another suitable date for arrival or to visit their website to make alternative arrangements. If you do not contact them they may return the item back and It is very hard to claim the return item due to lengthy and tedious process.
